Swoon
your words captured my heart took possession of this faltering beat apprehended my interest, you do and I am inquisitive again, cautiously eager I know it's unorthodox, yet I simply can't wait for the next day and the next time of you ...

Posted by David Ruppert on 07/04/08 at 02:37 AM I found this one most exhilerating, touching, capturing my heart and mind with your masterfully chosen words. Painting such a vivid and emotional image. Thanks for sharing a piece of your golden heart with us. Love David
I am so eager for the "HOPE" in this one, so full with the "MAYBE", so enduring the "WAIT". I find the simpleness pleasing and the breath less restless ~ sigh ~ :}
Thank you for your comments, my friend. As you and I know... poetry is a melody from the heart that sings, rising up from the soul and will resonate with some and not others.
I write to express these emotions when inspired and understand I won't please everyone, nor do I expect to.
This is the beauty of poetry, the written word....emotions on parchment, as it were.
Sending you wishes for a great fourth of July weekend, my friend.
I do deeply appreciate you and your time reading my work. I have been reading through yours as well and must say, I do enjoy your talented and thought filled pieces.
Aloha to you from out here, somewhere in the middle of the deep blue Pacific...

Me, too.. Amy....
lol
this one was inspired by a new friend who lives in Turkey....
he has such an incredibly sweet and caring spirit, so refreshing… I find myself getting caught off-guard, in it’s innocence
which is a pleasant reprieve for me.
lol
Sending you ((( hugs ))) from across the ocean blue..

simply and beautifully stated. I so agree with you...common phrases
can make for a beautiful piece as this clearly demonstrates.
