Climbed above ethereal skies
On wing's immortal light,
Walked along elysian nights

Under laden branches dripping with the promise,

just beyond our reach,
Watching our reflection on this tight rope
dangling, beneath our feet...
Can I give to you the dream, now

Dare I wake another time
Or trust my will to sleep ...
In my dream world, you are here
The only one for me,
We sail past galaxies unseen
Make love endlessly,
Our love brand new with every caress
Sunlight dressed in golden shade,
Sitting here, watching your body breathe,
I look, my pulse does race
Excitement sends a message ...
Let us dance
beneath the moonlight with
star beams as our guide, we see
The way into our future,
Watch our promise bloom

You really love them there rainbows, don't ya..lol.. You are now in deeper waters and the sharks will smell the blood...you have achieved so much in such a short time..well.. it is astounding!! I will only mention that "celestial skies" can be redundant....if you mean heaven then call it heaven...ly,, or some other word, of such worthiness becoming a poetess of your skills..which you know are amazing young lady..lol. Another very unique love poem. Not dedicated??? The flow was so gentle, and the imagery so awesome. I truly wish that you love will stay forvevr new.
Sometimes as years go by, the newness wears off, if you let it.

I really thought this was a good poem there is a quality. The way there appears there should be a rhyme and there is sorta, but it isn't a rhyme, I very much liked that. Your use of words was exemplary and i can see you enjoy using them in this piece. This is sooo a five star poem compared to others i have reviewed, if it wasn't for the line "galaxies not seen" which spoiled it for me (unseen?), i know it isnt much but i think for this poet of a high standard should do better.

Ok..so now it's Jacob!!! I just can't keep up with your fleet of galaxy bouncers that pop in and out of your star hoppin' fantasies. And he's flyin a ladder!?...you gotta esplain that to me Lucy! makin' love with jacob on a ladder in galaxies you've never been to. If you're not careful I'm gonna nickname you Barbarella...Throw her outfit on and I'll tell ol' jacob to take the first shuttle back to Pluto!
